This is my go to store for years. today I showed up with a running tail light out. Knowing it wasn’t the bulb I went inside for help. Tim J is absolutely amazing and had my light fixed in under 5 minutes. He definitely deserves a raise! I can not thank him enough! Exceptional customer service!
After getting my battery recharged at Autozone I was having issues with it and when I returned back I was given a BRAND NEW battery just like the one I had! The store manager Ms. Joy did exceptional on her part as well as Mr. James, the district manager. Will be coming back again! Customer service was above and beyond.
Needed information on battery options for my Corvette & George could not have been anymore professional or helpful. A model employee to the highest degree. Give that man a raise!
I needed a new car battery, I called around this AM and this was the first location I spoke to that had what I needed in stock and said they would install it for free. When I arrived I was greeted by Tim, and Joy. They were so friendly and fast; they remembered my call and knew what I needed. Tim quickly changed out my battery and had me ready to go. They were also able to give me the contact info for a place to perform services they don’t offer. They also have a military discount which was a nice surprise.
Joy Davila was the absolute best helper! Her knowledge on vehicles is unmatched. I came in with a 1996 Acura and almost left out because we couldn’t find my OBD 2 Port. She knew where it was on the older model and saved me a few trips. Thank you!!
Joy and the rest of the staff are soooo helpful!! When other stores mess up, Joy makes it right!!!! I will only go to this store from now on. She was helping 5 customers at once and making sure they get the best service!
My car took a major dump on me, truly thinking starter has taken its last good spin. Was able to limp it over to Autozone and I had the privilege of getting to meet Stuart. This young man is a breath of fresh air in the maintenance world. He really took getting my vehicle up and running as if it was his own vehicle.
I know zero about cars. My husband is in the military and was out of state so I had no one to help but an employee named Joy was there for me. She helped me get a new battery that worked for my car. Unfortunately my car is complicated and they could not install it for me. But again Joy came to the rescue and she had her husband follow me to the mechanic as my car kept dying and I had my baby with me. Joy treated me like family and I am so blessed to have met her. Thank you so much, I'll always be a customer at this location. They take great care of you.
